Along with breathing and sleeping the only other constant we need in our life is eating and drinking. Unhealthy processed foods will mess with your blood sugar which can make you feel tired and lethargic. Changing your diet will mean discovering new flavours, trying different cafes and restaurants and different types of cuisine.
A healthier diet will also give you the energy to exercise more, and you already know how important exercise is.
